Orders Received Mondays - Fridays Before 4.30pm
We will process and despatch orders received before 4.30pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability).
For example: Order on Monday before 4.30pm for next day delivery, your order will be despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday, given stock is available.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays After 4.30pm
Orders received after 4.30pm will be processed and despatched the following business day.
For example: Order on Monday after 4.30pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday, subject to stock availability.

Customer's frequently asked questions

 

Deliveries by Couriers

  • Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
  • Mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.
  • If you are a business, with differing office hours, please make sure someone is available to accept the order between the above hours.
  • A responsible person must be available at your nominated delivery address.
  • Our courier will attempt to deliver once. After this, it is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.
  • Depending on the size of your order, deliveries may arrive on a pallet.

 

Weekend Orders 

Orders received on Fridays (after 4:30pm) through to Mondays (before 4:30pm) will be processed on the Monday.

 

UK Bank Holidays
Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back. For example: Orders received over the weekend, or during a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on the Tuesday.

 

Out of Stock Situations
We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and have a dedicated warehouse for all online orders. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible. This does not breach your rights to cancel the order for a full refund if requried.

 

Clearance Stock
We offer some great deals on clearance stock from a number of our suppliers. As we do not hold all clearance stock on site, we must apply a 5 day lead time to entire orders containing clearance stock items.

 

Delivery Times
We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier, though we do typically suggest a 2 hour window for delivery. 

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.

 

Collection Policy
If we have made an error with the order or delivery we will take on the collection charge, if you, the customer, has made an error with the order, you will be charge £26 per parcel, £50 per pallet, for collection.
