Orders

You can place your order on our website for UK and Ireland. Log into your account and chose the items you require, then add these to your basket and proceed to check out and pay by Sage Pay for card payments, PayPal or on Account if you have opened a credit account with us.

You will receive an order confirmation from us with your items, to track your order please call our customer service department on 0800 288 8822.

You can place an order from overseas, however you will need a UK billing address for the payment to go through Sage pay. There are alternative payment methods, please call us if your card is not supported on our system and we can arrange a bank transfer.

The is no minimum order value, there are minimum pack sizes, we do sell a small amount of items individually, these are advertised on the website.

We do have tier pricing on our website for bulk ordering. However please call us to discuss your requirements further.

We do offer bespoke and custom sized products, please call or email our dedicated online team who will be happy to assist, please contact us.

Accounts

Yes, please register online to open an account, if you would like to open a credit account, you will need to fill in a credit check form and this will be sent to our accounts department to check your criteria, subject to credit this will be accepted.

We ask all our customers to register and account with your contact details, if there are any issues with your order, we will contact you.

Deliveries and Returns

Your details are stored on our secure data base, your addresses will be kept on your account online to save time when placing your next order.

We do not deliver overseas. However, you can arrange a courier to collect from one of our local branches.

Our cut off for next day is 4:30pm.

We use DX to deliver most of our orders, in some circumstances, we may send on our own vehicles.

We deliver to all UK locations, if your postcode is not giving a shipping rate, please call us on 0800 2 88 88 22.

When you register online you will be asked to enter your details online, here you can save your delivery address to save time when placing future orders. They are stored on our secure database, and we not disclose them to any third parties.

Payments

You can pay online by card, PayPal and also on Account (if you have a credit account set up with us).

Once you have chosen your items, you will pay online at the same time as placing your order.

Yes you can open account subject to acceptance, please fill in the below form and someone will come back to you in 2-3 working days with an outcome need form.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a VAT invoice, if your goods are shipped separately, then the VAT invoice will be also sent separately.

No, Macfarlane packaging does not store your card details, you will need to enter these each time you place an order.
